What is Reiki

Reiki is a form of energy therapy brought to us from Japan. Reiki normalizes energy flow of 'Ki', or life force energy, throughout the body. It activates the body's energy to promote health, relaxation and balance on all levels: physical, emotional, and spiritual.
If our energy is low or blocked, we are likely to get sick, but if it is high and free flowing, we can easily maintain health and well-being. Stress caused by fear, worry, doubt, anger, anxiety, etc. can become trapped in our energy system and can prevent our bodies from using its natural ability to repair, regenerate and protect itself.

How does it work?

Reiki is given by the practitioner placing his or her hands on the body in a series of positions. A Reiki treatment feels like warm, gentle sunshine flowing through you and around you. Reiki restores energy and vitality by relieving the physical and emotional effects of unreleased stress. Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of healing and self-improvement and treats the person as a whole.
Reiki cannot do any harm. Reiki treatments are not intended to replace traditional medical treatment, but complements and enhances it.

Personal Training and Nutrition

Our bodies are actually energy in the physical form and therefore need to be treated and maintained like any other precious possession.

Our goal is to provide clients with personalized at-home fitness programs and support in their own personal goals, whether it be weight loss, injury or illness recovery or just getting back into shape. The client as a whole is considered when setting up a program or providing nutritional advice.

Since nutrition plays a major role in our health and well-being, we work with clients to improve their nutrition habits one step at a time in order to ensure success.
